We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to provide mental health support, psychological assessment, and intervention services to employees/clients. The role involves conducting evaluations, delivering evidence-based interventions, and promoting overall psychological well-being within the organization. The Psychologist will work closely with the Well-being Unit, HR team, and medical personnel to ensure holistic and ethical mental health care.

- Conduct psychological assessments, screenings, and evaluations - Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions - Develop and implement intervention and treatment plans - Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation - Facilitate mental health programs, seminars, and workshops - Collaborate with the Nursing Wellness → Medical Doctor → Well-being Unit referral flow - Identify high-risk cases and coordinate appropriate interventions - Provide crisis intervention and psychological first aid when necessary - Prepare psychological reports and recommendations - Promote mental health awareness and preventive programs

The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts in accordance with company standards. The role ensures product quality, consistency, and food safety while maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products • Follow standard recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality • Measure and mix ingredients accurately • Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures or timing as needed • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and baking equipment • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards • Assist in inventory monitoring and report shortages of ingredients • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations The Baker is expected to deliver high-quality baked goods while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate; vocational or culinary training is an advantage • Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment • Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods • Good time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Preferred Skills: • Experience in commercial or large-scale baking • Familiarity with ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment • Basic decorating skills for cakes and pastries
