We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to provide mental health support, psychological assessment, and intervention services to employees/clients. The role involves conducting evaluations, delivering evidence-based interventions, and promoting overall psychological well-being within the organization. The Psychologist will work closely with the Well-being Unit, HR team, and medical personnel to ensure holistic and ethical mental health care.
- Conduct psychological assessments, screenings, and evaluations - Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions - Develop and implement intervention and treatment plans - Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation - Facilitate mental health programs, seminars, and workshops - Collaborate with the Nursing Wellness → Medical Doctor → Well-being Unit referral flow - Identify high-risk cases and coordinate appropriate interventions - Provide crisis intervention and psychological first aid when necessary - Prepare psychological reports and recommendations - Promote mental health awareness and preventive programs
